There are many squirrels thriving in Portland. They are one of many animals that has successfully adapted to live in urban spaces. You probably see them in your yard or raiding in your local park. They are notorious for raiding bird feeders. Just like any animal, they are trying to survive and should not be punished or demonized trying to survive. I think they should be revered for their acrobatic skills and cuteness.
