Today was a beautiful day and I was glad to have some time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. It is very important to get outside and get sunlight. It helps elevate the mood and is essential for your body’s production of vitamin D. Additionally, it is an important part of your immune system. A simple blood test administered by a health care professional can reveal your vitamin D levels. If you live in the Northwest, you should probably consider a taking vitamin D as a supplement. Don’t exceed the recommended dosage or it will have a negative effect on your health.
