Membership Subscriptions
Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account page or by contacting us
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to member content until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
How to Cancel

- Go to your "Account" or "Membership" page
- Click "Cancel Membership" or "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation

Refund Policy for Memberships
Monthly Subscriptions (Basic $3 / Patron $10):
- No refunds are provided for monthly membership fees after the first 7 days
- If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your billing period
- Exception: Technical errors preventing access will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
First-Time Members:
- We stand behind our content. If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund
- This one-time satisfaction guarantee applies only to your first subscription
- To request a refund, email us within 7 days with your membership details
Community Network ($50/month — 25 seats):
- The Community Network plan is a group membership designed for organizations such as retirement communities, schools, and other institutions
- A 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time Community Network subscribers — contact us within 14 days for a full refund
- After 14 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing period
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; all seats retain access until then
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused seats within the plan
- If your organization needs to adjust the number of seats, contact us to discuss options
Physical Products
Calendars, Books, and Merchandise
- 30-day return policy: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Damaged or Defective Products
- We will replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item
- Provide photos of the damage when reporting
- We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped immediately
Processing Times
- Membership refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Physical product refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after item is received
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift memberships (recipient may cancel, but purchaser cannot get a refund)
- Digital downloads (once accessed)
- Custom or personalized products
- Memberships beyond the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period
Automatic Renewal
Memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You will be charged on the same day each month. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
